If you bought a pass that includes Uffizi Gallery access, you’ll receive a pass for 5 museums. Uffizi Gallery is the first museum you have to visit (please remind it’s closed on Monday) and there you’ll be provided with a pass for the other attractions that lasts 5 days. Please remind to download the tickets on the same day you plan to use it. 

Museums listed on the website are included for free in the Firenze Pass.

After purchasing and confirming your Firenze Pass, you will receive tickets for the museums included via email.

You will need just to show your tickets at the entrance of every museums.

In the confirmation email you will receive after payment, along with your Firenze Pass, you will also receive a €25 voucher to use at hundreds of restaurants in Florence and Tuscany. You can use the voucher directly on TheFork.com by booking the restaurant of your choice, then pay the bill directly from the app and the €25 voucher will be deducted. The promotion can be combined with other promotions on TheFork website. Therefore, if, for example, you book a restaurant offering a 50% discount, you will benefit from both the 50% discount and the €25 voucher!

At the moment, it is not possible to choose a specific time slot. After the purchase you’ll be able to select the date of visit. Unfortunately, the time slot cannot be selected, as tickets are assigned based on availability.

If you buy a pass that includes a train ticket valid for 3 days you’ll be asked to send us an email with the date you want to want to travel. With this train voucher you can travel for 3 consecutive days throughout Italy on all Trenitalia and Trenitalia Tper regional, fast regional and metropolitan trains, including the Leonardo Express. The Promo is not valid within the territory of the Cinque Terre National Park, delimited by the stations of Levanto and La Spezia Centrale and including the stations of Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, Riomaggiore, within the territory of Lombardy, the provinces of Bolzano and from Trento to Bassano del Grappa, nor is it valid aboard services operated by other transport companies, including Trenord.
